Assigned to a vertically integrated, factory in Southern Germany. The unit was missing its revenue targets (by 15-20%), despite having sufficient orderbook. After conducting an entire value stream assessment (including metrics), determined the primary and root causes. Rectified to within 2% within 1.5 x lead-time cycles.

On Time Delivery in UK industrial
Permanent position in UK defence and industrial manufacturer. Good margins, but poor execution to Customer requested date (circa 70%). Increased Machine capacity within Sub Con base. Instigated root cause “delivery miss” assessment with a Tiered Accountability daily meeting structure. OTD >90% within 6 months.

UK multi-site industrial profit hit by variances
Permanent position in UK Company suffering from Profit Margin impact. Conducted a review of std cost variances and found that order entry batch size variance was impacting setup cost across manufacturing and purchasing variances. Removed direct pegging and matched batch sizes to kanbans.
